*video dialogue* While at a mall in the DFW area I was engaged in a private conversation between myself, a friend and 2 people we just met.

Suddenly, the mall security cops interrupted our conversation and demanded we must leave the mall immediately or be charged for criminal tresspassing. For what? Because of the content of our conversation...

Vet: Ok, what are we soliciting?
Sec: Uhh, not allowed to come in here and preach on private property. or...
Vet: Not allowed to come in here and share the Gospel
Sec: On private property. You gonna record me? That's cool. That's cool.
Vet: I am. I am, because what you're doing right now is actually illegal. This is America. This is the first amendment.
Sec: No, actually what you're doing is illegal because this is private property. And if you don't leave, we can have the police come here and tell you why you can't do what you're doing and they can escort you.
Vet: For what infraction though? What infraction?
Sec: Policy violation. You're not allowed to. Code of Conduct. I've tried to hand it to you twice. Theres two.
Vet: You're offering this to me?
Sec: Yes. It says everything you're doing wrong.
Vet: Ok, and so sharing the Gospel is soliciting.
Sec: *On radio* ... and now they are trying to record me on camera. Let's just get PD over here.
Sec: Hmm. See, it would was been so easy if you would have just left. Now, PD is going to have to come tell you and we are going to have to criminal trespass you.
Vet: That's fine. I'm a combat veteran. I fought for freedom and so I...
Sec: I don't care what you did that... fighting for freedom now
Vet: It's the first amendment. That's what I fought for. Yeah.
Sec: Freedom of speech, correct. But this is private property and we ask you to leave more than once.
Vet: And this is a private conversation. This is a private conversation.
Sec: I don't care what it is.
Vet: So you could just walk up to anybody...
Sec: Mmm-mm.
Vet: ...having a private conversation and interrupt them say basically...
Sec: No, because of what you're doing.
Vet: ...you don't like what we're talking about. You think your interpretation is that we are soliciting. You think that...
Sec: *pulls out cross necklace* You think that I don't care what you're talking about?
Vet: I think that you don't know anything really about what you're wearing right there.
Sec: A cross?
Vet: Yeah, it's Gospel. You...
Sec: You don't think I know what I'm talking about.
Vet: Apparently, you don't.
Sec: Then you go Gospel outside.
Vet: You think Jesus was a solicitor?
Sec: ...You think Jesus was a solicitor?
Vet: I think Jesus shared the Gospel...
Sec: That's cool. Don't preach to me.
Vet: and I don't think that's soliciting.
Sec: Don't preach to me.
Vet: But you say that you're a Christian, you have a cross...
Sec: Yep.
Vet: ...and we're trying to do what Jesus commanded us to do...
Sec: I'm not a radical Christian like you.
Vet: ...as Christians. A radical Christan?
Sec: There is a difference between a regular Christian and a radical Christian.
Vet: I've heard of radical...
Sec: And you are a radical Christian.
Vet: ...Islam. Please define radical Christianity.
Sec: *speech overridden*...Dude, just get out of the mall.
Vet: I've heard of radical Islam but I have not heard of radical Christianity. What's that?
Sec: What you're doing now is preaching in public whenever people may not want to be preached to in public. This is it. God says to preach quietly.
Vet: Where's he say that?
Sec: It's in everywhere in the Bible.
Vet: No.
Sec: Don't cause stir and don't preach... *speech overridden*
Vet: Actually in Matthew chapter 28 Jesus gives the Great Commission and he goes "Go into all the world and make disciples."
Sec: *walks to other person* No, man. You have to stay over here.
Sec: *To Seal* What are you going to use this video for?
Vet: Uhhm. Mostly to have a record of what we're talking about.
Sec: Ooo. Ok.
Vet: Yeah.
Sec: And then you're going to record PD too?
Vet: Sure.
Sec: I hope PD comes over here and you get them too.
Vet: Sure. There's nothing illegal about what we're doing right now.
Sec: Except we've asked you to leave more than once.
*Passerby*: Hey, thank you again.
Vet: *to passerby*, shakes hand* Hey, thanks, man
*Passerby*: Yeah.I hope I see you guys there.
Vet: *To security* Hey, just just just for the record, uhher, wha what was it that you're saying that we're doing again?
Sec: We've asked you to leave more than once.
Vet: *to passerby* Were we soliciting you guys?
Sec: You're not supposed to... If We've asked you to leave once, you're done. If we ask you to leave again?
Vet: I just asked what is...
Sec: *speech overridden* ... Clear policy violation.
Vet: ...what is the reason that you're asking us to leave for?
Sec: Because you're not...
Vet: And I think...
Sec: allowed to do this on private property.
Vet: Do.. what? I think that...
Sec: If you want to preach the Gospel, preach the Gospel at a church where it belongs.
Vet: *laughs* It belongs...
Sec: It does not belong at a freakin' mall.
Vet: The Gospel belongs throughout the entire world.
Sec: Oh, yes, I know. Jesus is everywhere. What you don't understand is I'm a probably a bigger Christian than you. I just don't go out and radically preach it to people.
Vet: Ok. So you said that Jesus wants us to share the Gospel privately or quietly?
Sec: Let me guess, you go to church every Sunday? *speech overridden*
Vet: That doesn't...
Sec: No, hold on. You go to...
Vet: That doesn't make a difference.
Sec: No, I want to know. Do you go to church every Sunday?
Vet: Just about, yeah. Sometimes I...
Sec: Do you go to church every Sunday?
Vet: Sometimes I'm travelling on Sunday.
Sec: Because the Bible tells you to go to church every Sunday?
Vet: I don't know of this straw man that you're setting
Sec: The Bible doesn't actually tell you to go to church every Sunday.
Vet: Did I bring up going to church every Sunday?
Sec: No, but you keep trying to throw the Gospel in my face.
Vet: I'm not throwing the Gospel in your face.
Sec: And all I'm asking you to do is leave. Why can't you just leave?
Vet: All I'm asking you to do is leave.
Sec: All I want you to do is just leave.
Vet: Why can't you just leave?
Sec: Because this is.. I work here. You don't.
Vet: Ok, but I'm...I'm free to walk around here...
Sec: You have no business being on property anymore. Not anymore.
Vet: That's not true.
Sec: Yeah, you're getting ready to get criminally trespassed off property and if...
Vet: That's interesting. For what violation?
Sec: ...we see you again you will be arrested.
Vet: What law have I violated?
Sec: Why don't you just leave?
Vet: I think that you're harassing us right now.
Sec: Actually I'm not harassing you
Vet: Yeah, it is, because you just interrupted a private conversation that we were having.
Sec: Who cares if I interrupted a private conversation? If we told you to leave, she told you to leave.
Vet: I just shared with you that I care.I care.
Sec: I don't care if you care.
Vet: I think a lot of people that watch this video are gonna care whether or not somebody like you, Mr. Pratt could walk right up to them, interrupt the conversation that they're in and then kick them out just because you don't like the conversation.
Sec: We've asked you to leave twice. Did you record the first time?
Vet: Mr. Pratt, I got a feeling that...
Sec: You dont' call me by my name.
Vet: Whha...what do you want me to call you by?
Sec: I don't care, just don't say my name.
Vet: Ok, buddy.Uhh, if we're walking up talking to girls, you would have been *laughs*.
Vet: *to camera* This is crazy, but apparently this is kind of what it's come to lately in America. You can't exercise your First Amendment right to freedom of speech. We weren't even passing anything out here. We're not soliciting anything. We're just walking up to people starting a regular conversation with them. Uh, that conversation was a dialogue. It was two ways. They're actually enjoying the conversation, uh, but we've got security over here for the second time. They walked over, told us that we're violating the law, that we were soliciting by sharing the Gospel. We're not allowed to share the Gospel, they say, uh, at the mall. That's very interesting because you could probably, uh, couple of guys could probably walk up to a couple of girls start up a conversation with them and try and get take them out or something like that. That wouldn't be an issue. But if you mention the name Jesus to people in the mall... That apparently, that is the issue. That is illegal and now they want to bring in the cops to do what I think to maybe fire us or something like that so it's pretty bizarre.
*lady talks to security guard and starts recording with her phone.*
Vet: *to the camera* So, this is ironic.
Sec: *speech to low to hear, talking to lady* ... I know, right? He's so cool. He says he use to fight for our freedom. I doubt it.
Lady: *to security* Ew, military too? This guy is just racking up on the loser scale.
Sec: Get him.
Vet: *to lady* Mil. Wait, say that again.
Lady: * to vet* Oh, no. I just...
Vet: Military dude, racking up...
Lady: No.
Vet: ...loser scale. That's very interesting.
Lady: I just don't agree with signing up to be a body bag or a robot. Sorry.
Vet: Alright, very well. So I hope you enjoy the freedoms that you that you have here in America because...
Lady: Its cool that one of the freedoms is not soliciting in the mall.
Vet: And solicitation is is what?
Lady: soliciting is coming into our mall and doing your own do....
Vet: Actually he was solciting to us. He handed us this flyer. That's from him.
Lady: Then what's the problem?
Vet: We're walking up talking to people...
Lady: You're harassing people that don't want to be harassed?
Vet: ...and he interrupted our conversation. He didn't like what we were talking about.
Vet: No, we're actually having a nice conversation
Sec: *speech too low* Tyler...
Lady: Tyler and Taylor were really nice. You didn't come up to em and annoy them and they didn't even want to talk to you...
Vet: No.
Lady: coming up to everybody in the mall... So you're just standing in the mall...
Vet: Hey.
Lady: ...loitering around going up to people...
Vet: So, check it out.
Lady: Must be a really lonely life.
Vet: *laughs*
Lady: I mean if you're just standing around the mall finding people to talk to, I'm just saying.
Vet: Mm-hmm.
Lady: *Speech too low*
Vet: Yeah, you're doing real good.
Vet: *To camera* Let's go start some more conversations.

*Video Dialogue* The real cops then arrived and had a criminal trespassing ticket issued to us on behalf of the mall. The police officer was extremely nice and told us there is nothing he can do...His hands were tied and he was obligated to yield to the mall's demand that we be charged.
